ANSWERS

How is SENT different from file storage & sharing sites like Dropbox?

SENT enables encrypted file transfer, we send files — we don’t store them for extended periods of time, our limit is 5 days, and we don’t provide unsecure internet links to share. Your file is sent to whom you intend to send it and is then deleted from our infrastructure. That is it.

Why choose SENT over encrypted email solutions?

Encrypted emails, beyond being a cumbersome user experience, reside on email servers in addition to the sender and recipient’s computers. This creates a higher level of vulnerability. Our solution is to simply send a file, that’s it. We take care of all the complicated work on the back end to make it easy for you.

What if I just need to send a file to myself?

All users can send files to themselves. We know that so many people need to do that, so we made sure that you can do it securely.
